Proteas Mare Suites

First of all, you have to know that Nicolas is the best host you will ever met. He is very kind, helpful, positive, friendly and he will make you feel like you are at your own home. Communication was perfect and easy. The apartment is just like at the photos and even better, it is clean, spaceful and has everything you need. You won't find better unit to stay in Protaras, definitely one of the best accomodations we have ever been at. I strongly recommend you to stay here!

Proteas Mare Suites offers a pleasant stay with clean and well-decorated rooms, a balcony with a lovely sea view, and a convenient location close to the beach and local attractions. The bathroom was well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, and having free parking on-site was a great plus. The owner was very friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing stay, especially if you don’t plan on cooking much. With a few upgrades to the kitchen, it would be even better!

Nikolas was an incredible host, our flight landed in the evening and due to some delays at the airport, we arrived at Proteas Mare later than expected yet he was there to greet us and see us to our room which was perfectly clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect and easy to find as it's on a main road, close to bars and restaurants but not close enough for any noise disturbance. There are two beaches within a 5 minute walk, both of which are small but beautiful and not over-crowded. The air-con and fan work so well in keeping the room cool in the heat and humidity and the multiple windows and sliding doors make the room bright and airy. My husband and I were very satisfied with our accommodation and will definitely consider rebooking for our next visit to Cyprus. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean with a big balcony and great view. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and in a short walking distance from the local restaurants. There is also a coffee shop 5 min walk that serves delicious coffee. If I am ever back in Cyprus, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Liked the room, was very comfortable and there was a balcony overlooking two sides (albeit one was the roadside). The otherside had views toward the sea. Good communication with Nik and parking was available outside the apartments. Short walk to the beach and a lovely walk to Protaras along the coastal path. You do ideally need a car to get round unless you just want to hang around the local beaches.
